Welcome to High Country Base Camp! I'm so glad you're considering a stay at my LoHi home. With five bedrooms, five full bathrooms, and plenty of space to spend time together, it's an easy place to settle in with family, friends, or colleagues.

Make the most of your time at home
Cook and catch up in the kitchen and open living area, settle into the private movie room, or head to the rooftop deck for fresh air around the fire pit. There's also a private backyard with a grill, a home gym with a Peloton, and a dedicated office if work needs a little of your attention. High-speed Wi-Fi and keyless entry help keep things simple.

Explore LoHi and Denver
Neighborhood coffee shops, restaurants, and bars are within walking distance. Head toward the Highland pedestrian bridge to explore downtown and Union Station, or plan a game or concert at Ball Arena, Empower Field, or Coors Field. Travel times vary with traffic and events.

A few things to know
This is a multi-level home and one half of a duplex. The living space, backyard, and rooftop patio are private to your group. The detached garage isn't included; free street parking is available, subject to posted restrictions.

The home accommodates up to 10 guests. Please keep things quiet between 10 pm and 7 am, and save parties and large gatherings for another venue. Pets aren't allowed, and the entire property is smoke- and vape-free, including outdoor spaces.

I’m so glad that I took a chance on this newer property and chose this spot for a quick meet up in Denver with family! The property is clean, beautifully designed, and in perfect proximity to all the best spots in LoHi, including a ton of great restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. The property was well stocked with everything we could need and comfortably accommodated my entire family, with plenty of room for some privacy, or to sit out and enjoy time together in one of the three outdoor seating options. The movie room was a favorite, as well as the fire pit on the top balcony that gave us a gorgeous view of the sunset over the tree line. We also loved visiting the botanical gardens, a MUST if you’re here during the warmer months! Kim was an excellent and communicative host that went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met on very short notice! Will be booking again when ski season rolls around!

High Country Base Camp began as my senior-year project at CU’s Leeds School of Business. Back in the days of dial-up internet, I dreamed of opening a bed-and-breakfast in Aspen. That dream has evolved over the years, and this home is its newest chapter.

You can leave the car parked and stroll to amazing neighborhood spots like Little Man Ice Cream, Nana’s, or Fox and the Hen for breakfast, or walk across the Highland Bridge straight into downtown Denver and Union Station. It is welcoming, vibrant, and effortlessly walkable. It's the perfect home base for experiencing everything the city has to offer.
