The location is great! Easy access to the beach. Plenty of beach toys,chairs, wagon. Kitchen is well stocked as well. The water filtration system did not work and we reported it on day 1. We spent 6 days there and it still was not able to be fixed. The water was yellow and had a strong sulphur smell. Homeowner did reimburse for the gallons of water we had to buy to cook with, but had to shower with the horrible water. Hot water heater wasn’t working either but we were able to get that fixed by day 2. Not very clean either. 2 large water bugs in bathroom, little girls panties found under a bed, dirt and food under the loveseat. Hole in floor under the bunk beds.
