Chicco d'oro Maschine für Kaffee ist super, jedoch sind die Kapseln schwierig zu erhalten. Dies sollte beim Empfang klar gemacht werden und nicht: "bei uns können Sie übrigens auch Kaffeekapseln kaufen". Da wäre mehr Transparenz sicherlich hilfreich.
