Bathroom with WC, sink and shower. Two parking spaces (one in the garage and one in front of the house). Ski room and laundry room for common use. Pets are allowed.

HOUSE DESCRIPTION

The Chesa Sassellas is situated in a quiet but central location in the heart of La Punt. Bus stop, shopping facilities and restaurant are all within 5-10 minutes walking distance. Approx. 500 m away you will find the children's ski lift Müsella, ideal for skiing beginners. In summer, La Punt is a great starting point for numerous hikes and bike tours.

Dies sollte beim Empfang klar gemacht werden und nicht: "bei uns können Sie übrigens auch Kaffeekapseln kaufen". Da wäre mehr Transparenz sicherlich hilfreich.
