On the hill of Simrislund, overlooking the Baltic Sea, this spacious vacation home welcomes you.

Welcome to this lovely vacation home with plenty of space for your family. The accommodation is well equipped so you can spend a carefree vacation here. Whether playing in the living room, with a crackling fireplace or reading in the conservatory, where you can admire a beautiful view of the flowering plants and flower diversity. Also make yourself comfortable on the terrace, either at breakfast or at joint barbecue evenings.

As an angler you only need to walk a few 100 m until you reach the pebble beach with jetty. Here you can cast your rod and with a little luck bring home dinner and prepare it for cooking at the outdoor filleting place. The beautiful sandy beach reach Simrishamn both after a nice walk or by bike. Enjoy beautiful hours by the sea and bury your feet in the warm sand. In the surrounding area there are plenty of recreational opportunities, such as gold, mini golf, tennis, playgrounds. But you can also simply walk or bike the marked trails in the area and see the beauty of the landscape.

Holiday

The house offers enough space, but is getting old. It pulls through the old windows during a storm. The winter garden seemed uncomfortable, more like a storage room. The table wasn't clean and the fireplace and grill were also dirty. Otherwise we had a nice time, because the region is very worth seeing.
