Wir hatten wunderbare 14 Tage in einem sehr schönen und gemütlichen Haus. Die Lage ist toll, der Weg zum Strand sehr idyllisch . Martin ist ein sehr netter und unkomplizierter Gastgeber.

Wonderful house in a beautiful location

The house in Sweden was really great. It was very well equipped – everything we needed for a comfortable week was there. The surroundings were beautiful and peaceful, perfect for relaxing. We especially loved the nearby beach – clean, quiet, and really nice. We felt completely at home and would love to come back again!

Perfect House for Families

We really enjoyed our stay here. The garden is very big and the rooms well equipped and nicely decorated. Especially the kitchen has everything you need! We had a great week here in the southern part of Sweden with our 2 kids and our dog.Thank you for the nice flower bouquet!!

Sehr schönes und großes Haus mit großer Terrasse.Leider am nahegelegenen Strand sehr viel Seetang, so dass baden dort nicht möglich war, aber 2 km weiter sehr schöne Badestelle.

Catered very well to our needs. Located close to beach, Simrishamn, Ystad and a lot of interesting places to visit. 3 very good bedrooms. Note though if you are travelling with dogs, there is no fence around the lovely garden but very nice area for walks!

Das Haus war sehr schön, aber sehr einsam.Für 6 Personen war genug Platz und es fehlte an nichts.Die Gegend ist durch Mischwald, der bis zu den Dünen ging sehr schön.Kleines Manko: das Haus liegt direkt an einer Straße.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem Haus sehr genossen. Es gibt viel Platz und eine schöne Terrasse. Die Dusche ist wirkllich toll! Auf dem Weg zum Strand haben wir ein Reh gesehen. Meist sind wir aber mit den Fahrrädern unterwegs gewesen.Wir konnten sogar das E-Auto am Haus laden!Martin, vielen Dank!

Peaceful

Comfortable, very liveable, peaceful residence. A nice walk through a forest to the beach was a better fit for us, rather then the crowded parking and family beach entrance. Our host was super helpful with helping us with a few things.

Idyllisch in Abgeschiedenheit

Das Haus liegt in Abstand zu den Nachbarn, man hat das Gefühl ganz alleine in der Natur zu sein. Dennoch mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten zum Einkaufen, zum Essen oder zu netten Ausflugszielen. Ein so komplett und hochklassig ausgestattetes Ferienhaus hatten wir zuvor noch nie. Absolut empfehlenswert!Einen halben Punkt Abzug gäbe es nur für das eine kleine Bad, aber wir sechs Erwachsenen konnten uns gut arrangieren. ! Gute Kommunikation mit Martin.

Nice and cozy house near to the beach

We had a pleasant stay at Martins house. The very clean and tidy house is well equipped and offers plenty of space for a family trip. We can only recommend Martin as a host due to his friendly and fast communication. If possible we will come back!

Sehr schönes, gemütliches Haus. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief problemlos. Wir hatten keine Bettwäsche dabei und uns wurde direkt geholfen.

Beautify house near the beach

The house is very nice and clean and has a fully equipped kitchen. We were two adults and 5 kids between 5 and 9 years old. The kids were happy, the garden ist huge, has a trampoline and a sandbox. The beach can be reached directly from the house by a 15‘ walk (kids a little longer). We enjoyed it very much.

Gemütlich

Wir hatten einen wunderbar gemütlichen Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus. Es fehlte uns an nichts! Die Umgebung ist sehr erholsam und lädt zu schönen Spaziergängen ein. Der Strand ist wundervoll. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett. Uns fehlte ein Kinderhochstuhl- innerhalb von einer halben Stunde wurde uns dieser zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Schönes Haus in toller Lage

Das Haus ist sehr zweckmäßig und doch auch sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Es gibt eine wunderbare große Terasse hinter dem Haus und eine große Wiese. Zum traumhaften Strand geht man 15 min durch malerischen Küstenwald. Martin antwortet umgehend und zuvorkommend. Wir würden sofort wieder hinfahren.

Ein wunderbarer Urlaub

Wir hatten einen großartigen Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus. Das Haus liegt an einer wenig befahrenen Landstraße, direkt am Naturschutzgebiet. Wir haben nur das Meer gehört und keine Fahrzeuge. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt - es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Auch die Betten waren sehr bequem. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und von dort aus viele Ausflüge unternommen. Nur 10 Minuten Fußweg durch das schöne Küstenwäldchen befindet sich der schönste Strand Schwedens. Auch der Nationalpark Stenshuvud ist nicht weit weg und unbedingt empfehlenswert.

Very relaxing vacation

We had a great time. The walk to the beach is a nice walk across a grass area, followed by a forest and then the dunes. The perfect sandy beach was always almost empty. There is a small river running into the See. Kids loved to play there. We saw some dears, lots of goose, rabbits and other animals. The street which runs right in front of the house can have some traffic especially on Saturdays. Next supermarket is some minutes by car. Bring a insect repellent. We had some ticks and mosquitoes (not many just some).

summer vacation with family

Very beautiful region with plenty of opportunities for activities in the nearby area (e.g. Glimmingehus, Ales stenar, Ystad town and zoo, Simrisham, draisine, mini golf, Musteri in Kivik and much more). We particularly liked the fantastic beaches, our favorite: Sandhammaren. The villa has a great patio we loved for having breakfast or barbecue. The equipment (especially dishes, etc.) was very good for the four of us. The road with quite frequent traffic, which runs right by the house, bothered us a bit. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka!

Midsommar in Schweden

Wir hatten 2 wundervolle Sommerwochen in diesem Haus. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. In der großzügigen Küche ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Wir haben dort gerne gekocht. Das Bad mit Fenster hat eine tolle ebenerdige Dusche. Die große Terrasse ist ein Traum, sie lädt zum verweilen ein. Im Garten gibt es auch einen schönen Grillplatz. Bei der Ankunft war alles sehr sauber. Der Kontakt mit Martin und Regina war schnell und unkompliziert. Wenn man Fragen hat, kann man sich immer an sie wenden. Um an den schönen Sandstrand zu kommen, geht man über eine Wiese und durch ein Stückchen Wald und schon ist man da. Am Strand waren wir fast alleine. Die Badestellen, die mit dem Auto angefahren werden können, sind weit genug entfernt. Die Lage des Hauses ist ideal für viele Ausflüge in die tolle Umgebung. Im ICA in Borrby bekommt man alles was man benötigt. Dieser ist ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Für uns waren es 2 wundervolle, erholsame Wochen. Wir würden wiederkommen

Lovely house in great location

The house had everything we needed and we felt at home immediately. Whenever we thought we were missing something we would inevitably find it in one of the cupboards shortly after. The weather was perfect to spend time outside so we used the big backyard veranda to its fullest, and the kid spent hours playing in the sandbox. We also used the easy access to the beach many times, the location is really great - 15 minutes walk to the beach, and short drives to all manner of places to explore. The contact with Martin was always friendly and uncomplicated, as well as being quick to answer. Thank you, we really loved staying here and would definitely come back!

Wunderschönes Schweden

Wir hatten einen Traumurlaub. Das Haus ist super eingerichtet, es fehlte an nichts. Die Nähe zum Strand ist sehr gut, schon der Weg dorthin ist entspannt. Man geht über Wiesen, durch den Küstenwald und erreicht dann das Meer. Ein zu dieser Jahreszeit noch menschenleerer Sandstrand mit karibisch blauem Wasser. Unsere Hundedame konnte nach Herzenslust schwimmen und spielen. Auch die nähere Umgebung, die wunderschöne Natur, die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind eine Reise wert. Vielen Dank für diese schöne Zeit möchten wir unserem Vermieter sagen. Die Konservation vorab und während unseres Aufenthaltes mit ihm war reibungslos und sehr nett. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Liebevolles Haus

Es war traumhaft, wir haben es sehr genossen. Es war ein sehr netter emailKontakt mit dem Vermieter. Wir waren im April 2023 mit 4 Teenagern und unserem Hund in diesem Haus. Platz genug für alle ist reichlich vorhanden. Die Betten sind gemütlich. Die Küche ist mit allem was gebraucht wird ausgestattet. Tolle Terrasse. Gassirunden mit dem Hund gehen direkt vom Grundstück los. Nach ca 1 km sitzt man morgens mit Kaffee am Wasser. Im April ist es herrlich ruhig und Menschenleer.
