The beautiful village of Viehofen is ideally located to discover the countryside and take advantage of Lake Zell or two great winter sports areas in the surrounding area. You are free to hike all year round, take the mountain lifts to reach the peaks or intermediate stations and enjoy the beautiful views. Also bike tours will give you beautiful views in spring, summer and autumn and let you relax. In summer, Lake Zell invites you to enjoy swimming, sunbathing and water sports. In winter you can choose between the wonderful winter sports areas Saalbach-Hinterglemm and Schmittenhöhe and practice your winter sports in the white snow.
