Am Anreisetag vom Hotel abgesagt

Wir wollten gerade losfahren als ein Anruf kam,das angeblich unser Zimmer nicht fertig gemalert werden konnte.Man müsse unsere Reise absagen oder man könnte auch auf ein teureres Hotel umbuchen.Den höheren Betrag muß man dann aber in Kauf nehmen.Wir haben der Umbuchung zugestimmt,aber nur mit Ausgleichszahlung.Leider noch keine Nachricht vom Hotel bekommen.Also ich buche nichts mehr auf dieser Plattform.
