General Information:<br><br>Our Schellander holiday resort is located in Auen near Velden (450 m above sea level) in a quiet area on the idyllic southern shore of Lake Wörthersee.<br>Our guests have found the magnificent view of nearby Lake Wörthersee, as well as the proximity to our private swimming area (a 3-minute walk away), to be very pleasant. Our swimming area is a natural gem, and guests can use our rowing boat, lounge chairs, umbrellas, and a surfboard (which can also be used for paddling) free of charge. <br>Since the area is partly a natural reed bed, access to the water is only possible via the dock. <br>If guests—including those with children—would like to enjoy additional amenities at the lake, they can do so at the beach resort just 250 m away, where they can relax and enjoy a swim. <br>The beach resort also features an Italian restaurant where guests can enjoy a meal or a coffee, among other things, while taking in the magnificent lake view during their visit.<br>The beach resort also offers the following recreational activities:<br>water skiing, hang gliding, banana boat rides, pedal boat rentals, table tennis, surfing, a children’s playground, a water slide, a Kneipp stream, beach volleyball, and a shallow children’s swimming area. Admission is affordable, ranging from 3 to 5 euros per day. <br>However, guests can also use our complimentary “Wörthersee plus Card” to enjoy one free admission. <br><br>The popular town of Velden, home to the Schlosshotel made famous by the TV series, is just 2.5 km away. Here you’ll find cosy restaurants, a casino, and bars right on the lakeshore, as well as supermarkets and shopping opportunities. Shows featuring jugglers and acrobats take place regularly.<br>Our mild, warm, almost Mediterranean climate, our proximity to the lake and the forest, and our beautiful, unique gardens invite you to relax and have a positive effect on your well-being. <br><br>Here, the guest is king, and we always strive to make our guests’ holidays more enjoyable and to meet their needs. <br>That’s why we ask our guests to let us know if anything is missing or if they have any other requests.<br>We are happiest when we can make our guests happy and, thanks to their relaxing holiday, hear them say upon departure that they look years younger.<br><br><br>About the Accommodation<br><br>Seeblick 3 is one of four apartments in the Schellander holiday complex. This holiday apartment accommodates 2–3 people and features a beautifully landscaped fountain in front of the apartment, where you can enjoy the gentle trickling of the water—perhaps with a glass of wine or while dining on the terrace.<br>Interior:<br>The holiday apartment has an optimal floor plan, ample storage space, measures 45 square metres, and consists of a large double bedroom with a sofa, a living-bedroom with a bed (bed linens provided), a dining table with chairs, a built-in kitchen with 4 ceramic cooktops, exhaust fan, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, and electric kettle.
