The house itself was great. Loved the rooftop and decor. Couldn’t get in the house with access code, called was helped immediately. Went out that day, came back and couldn’t get in again with code just given to me, and this went on for 2 days. Finally received a key. There were little sugar ants under and on dining table and living room rug. I cleaned daily so we didn’t get over run by ants. Other small spiders and bugs were killed on the walls and ceiling previously but not cleaned off.

Thank you for your feedback, Tamika. We’re glad you enjoyed the home and we sincerely apologize for the trouble with the door code. Our team was able to assist you promptly each time and eventually provided physical keys from the lockbox to ensure you had reliable access. The door code issue has since been resolved. We’re also sorry about the ants and other bugs you encountered. We’ve addressed the issue and taken additional preventive measures. We truly appreciate your patience and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with an even better experience next time!
