Gemütliche Ferienwohnung

Sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung in einem schönen alten Haus. Vor nicht allzu langer Zeit schön hergerichtet, mit erhaltenem Altbaucharme (teilweise nicht ganz ebene Böden). Das Wohnzimmer bietet einen hervorragenden Entspannungssessel und die Dachterrasse schirmt schön von der Umgebung ab. Ausstattungsmäßig ist viel mehr vorhanden, als wir bisher in anderen Ferienwohnungen vorgefunden haben, inkl. eine breite Pallette an Familien- und Kinderfilmen und auch ein paar PS3 Spiele. Die Wohnung hat keinen eigenen Parkplatz, die meiste Zeit ist aber auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite etwas frei. Die Gastgeber sind überaus zuvorkommend und nett und haben uns auch geholfen, während eines Festivals in einem benachbarten Park parken zu können. Wir können die Wohnung sehr weiterempfehlen, vielen Dank! :-)

Erneut sehr zufrieden;)

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal da und fühlten uns direkt wieder wohl. In dieser Wohnung fehlt es an nichts. Dieses Mal konnten wir auch die tolle Terrasse nutzen :) Sogar für meinen Sohn lagen bereits viele verschiedene Spielmöglichkeiten bereit. Immer wieder gerne…

Jederzeit wieder…

Es fehlte uns (Mama und 6jähriges Kind) an nichts. Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt, der Vermieter zeigte und erklärte uns alles in der sehr großzügigen Wohnung. Es war sauber, schön und praktisch eingerichtet. In der Küche und auch sonst war alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist auch top! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder…

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

hier past alles, schöne Wohnung, zuvorkommende Vermieter, wir haben nichts vermisst und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. 👍 Auch ein toller Standort zum Erkunden des „Ruhrpotts“ mit dem 🚲 Fahrrad. Schnell ist ein Radweg gefunden der in alle Richtungen führt. Danke Oliver und Susanne für die liebevolle Aufnahme. LG Dagmar und Thomas

Top Wohnung mit vielen Extras

Die Wohnung war super ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Hier wurde an alles gedacht. Es gab viele extras wie Duschgel, WC Papier und eine große Auswahl an Spielen, Filmen und Büchern. Sogar zwei Flaschen Wasser standen bereits im Kühlschrank für uns bereit. Vermieter sehr nett vor Ort und mit vielen Tipps für die Umgebung. Auf jedenfall klare Buchungsempfehlung.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, groß, liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert. Die Küche ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Auch das Badezimmer ist sehr groß mit begehbarer Dusche. Die uneinsehbare Dachterrasse ist sehr gemütlich ausgestattet. Durch den netten Vermieter wurde uns alles gezeigt und erklärt. Er hatte sehr viele Tipps für Ausflüge und Besichtigungen. Diese Unterkunft können wir nur rundum empfehlen.

Charmant, antik, modern - da waren wir gern

Familie Wolf hat uns herzlich empfangen und entspannt durch die Ferienwohnung geführt. Neben einem Durchgangs(Schlaf)Zimmer, das zum großen Schlafzimmer führt gibt es noch einen großen geteilten Raum mit Küche, Essplatz und großzügigem Wohnzimmer wo ein Relaxsessel uns alle zum Entspannen einlud. Die äußerst gut ausgestattete Küche, es fehlte wahrlich an nichts, war super und wir konnten dank Spülmaschine auch den Abend ohne großen Abwasch genießen. Dazu gab es eine Reihe von Brettspielen und Filmen. Der angrenzende Park ist super für jung und alt. Zum einkaufen sollte man jedoch mit dem Auto da sein. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit!
