Thatched-roof house with a view of the Bodden, a sauna, and a fireplace in Dranske

Rest and relaxation in comfort at this newly built holiday home with upscale amenities. The detached, thatched-roof holiday home was newly built in 2022 and sits on a small, well-maintained lot in Dranske, Lancken district, between Wieker Bodden and the Baltic Sea beach in the north of the island of Rügen. From the upper floor of the house, you have an unobstructed view across the fields to the Bodden waters. Access to the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach is approximately 600 metres away.
The terrace features patio furniture, sun loungers, a beach umbrella, and a grill.
Two parking spaces are available for guests on the property. There will also be a garden shed serving as a covered bike storage area, as the flat Wittow Peninsula is ideal for cycling.
In the Lancken area, there is currently a surge in construction activity involving small holiday homes. Although the holiday home is located on the outskirts of the settlement, construction noise can occasionally be heard. For this reason, the house is currently available for rent at discounted rates.

On the upper floor of the house, there are 3 bedrooms, all equipped with double beds measuring 1.80 x 2.00 m, 1.80 x 2.00 m, and 1.40 x 2.00 m. This means the house can accommodate 6 people. There is also a large bathroom with a sauna and a magnificent view of the Wieker Bodden.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a modern, open-concept kitchen; a spacious, bright living area with a fireplace, dining table, and seating area; and a guest bathroom.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, ceramic cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, Nespresso espresso machine, electric kettle, and toaster.
There is a TV in the living room and in one of the bedrooms. Wi-Fi is available in all rooms.
For our youngest guests, there is a cot and a high chair.
A washing machine is also available for guests’ use.
The furnishings are made of solid wood and natural materials.
