Im Grunde war ich sehr zufrieden, da es mir vor allem wichtig war, möglichst wenig Kontakt zu anderen Menschen zu haben - das ist vollkommen gelungen. Wenn man gerne kocht ist die Küche jedoch nicht ausreichend ausgestattet. Zumindest habe ich keinen Kochlöffel vorgefunden und die Backofenbleche passten nicht in den Ofen.

FeWo in Bad Laasphe Friedrichshütte

Die sehr geräumige Ferienwohnung war hell, freundlich und sauber. Sie liegt im zweiten OG eines Hauses, dessen restlicher Wohnraum fest vermietet ist. Das Gebäude ist Teil eines Firmengeländes. Trotzdem ist es in der FeWo sehr ruhig. Der Außenbereich des Hauses wirkt ungepflegt und steht dem Nutzer der FeWo nicht zur Verfügung. Der Balkon ist leicht bemoost und verfügt nur über eine etwas schmuddelige Couch. Auch die Sauberkeit im Treppenhaus lässt Wünsche offen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war nur über Mail oder Telefon, daher sehr unpersönlich. Die Dame am Telefon war aber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Ausstattung passt, wenn man dort nur übernachten und frühstücken will. Leichter Renovierungsbedarf in Bad (Duschkabine) und Küche.
