Independent: private entrance, your own keys, and a remote-controlled gate. Cozy double bedroom with extra loft space, bright living room, fully equipped kitchenette (fridge, kettle, microwave), private bathroom with bidet and shower. Rustic furnishings with exposed beams create a warm, inviting ambiance.



Outdoors: private veranda with sunset views over the hills, perfect for aperitifs with Dolcetto or Chardonnay from our vineyards since 1978. Exclusive panoramic pool for guests of our 4 cottages—a peaceful oasis just for you.



Breakfast on the terrace: homemade cakes and local produce for relaxing mornings. Romantic dinner on request: summer terrace or barn with piano—authentic flavors, lovingly prepared.



More human connection, more love—our home is your love nest, not just an anonymous stay.
