Independent access: private entrance, your own keys, and a gate with remote control. Cozy double bedroom, spacious living room with fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave), two armchairs that convert into single beds for up to 4 guests, anteroom, and private bathroom with shower. Enjoy a private panoramic terrace overlooking the vineyards—perfect for sunset aperitifs in true Piedmontese style.



Outdoors: a small private garden ideal for leisurely breakfasts. Exclusive seasonal pool for guests of our four cottages, with a peaceful solarium and hill views.



Breakfast on the terrace: homemade cakes, fresh bread, eggs, and local products. Optional dinner in the old stable with stone manger and piano—experience authentic tradition and love.
