To use the outdoor furniture, place the provided cushions on it and return them to the interior after use to prevent them from getting wet.
It is not allowed to throw garbage/waste on our green areas or in any other place other than the trash cans.
Quiet hours from 10pm-7am. The neighborhood is mostly composed of local elder residents, that enjoy peace and quietness.
