Renovated small loft furnished in alpine style perfect for couples or families. The apartment is located at the sunny entrance of Pontresina with beautiful view to Val Roseg. Perfect starting point for hikers, cross-country skiers or bikers. The bus stop is directly in front of the house as well as a pizzeria with a large playground. 2 tennis courts in summer. 1 ice field in winter.

With much love designed 1.5 room apartment in the attic with unique view. Charming, cosy living-dining room with 1 double bed and open, well-equipped kitchen. 1 small bedroom with single bed (80x190). Modern bathroom/shower, WC. Private garage space with ski storage room and ski boot dryer.
On request it is possible to rent the apartment also for 4 persons (2 adults + 2 children).

Tolle Wohnung mit Blick in die Berge

Sehr schöne, saubere Wohnung mit tollem Blick vom Esstisch in die Berge. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Mit dem Check-in und der gesamtem Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter aus St. Moritz sind wir sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder. Es gab zwischendurch ein kleines Problem im Bad, das schnellstmöglich gelöst wurde. Ein Fachmann wurde vorbeigeschickt, der in 5 Minuten Abhilfe schaffen konnte. Vielleicht wäre für solche Fälle eine Notfallnummer gut übers Wochenende. Und bei Aufenthalt länger als 1 Woche wäre ein zweiter Satz Handtücher inklusive schön. Alles top! Wir empfehlen die Wohnung und den Vermieter sehr gerne weiter!
