We the house and property. I did not see where we could've walked to the beach. The only access we found was a good ride down the road in the cart. We did get a parking ticket that definitely puts a damper on vacation vibes. We was parked in a spot completely out of the way and the ticket is expensive. The beach is not easy to get to in this area, its very crowded but it was a holiday weekend.It is very beautiful and definitely worth dealing with the crowd. The house and property was awesome. Very clean and loved the cart to go places. You can drive it on the road. The hot tub was nice to soak in to rest sore muscles from playing in the sun. We loved it .

As always, we had a great time. There was some challenges with the hot tub coming to full temperature but John was quick to respond and help diagnose the challenge and pursue a solution. He was great. We loved staying here and will be back! He has a great property.

Wonderful July 4th

We wanted to find a quieter option than our usual beach location. Even with the 4th traffic we found the location and offerings perfect for our trip. Look forward to our next stay at Blue Mountain Beach.

Our family stayed in the Bluefish Cottage and had a great time! It was clean and comfortable! The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to cook a few meals in. John was very easy to communicate with. We had a great week on the beach!

Absolutely perfect!

This is our 3rd time back and we've already booked again for next year. The house is so wonderfully designed and decorated, and it's a short walk to the beach while also being far away enough from any crowds.

Best place for a relaxing quiet visit

This place is the best. The owners have it all covered. My wife and I are both red heads and completely forgot umbrellas for the beach. It was so cool to walk on the back porch and find all the beach essentials you need. The entire house is so cozy and quiet. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our time at this house so much! Very clean and comfortable. Close to beach and restaurants. We rented a golf cart, but it’s a very walkable area. We would definitely choose this house again!

Perfect Stay Once Again!

This is our second year staying at Bluefish and it is hands down the perfect house for our family. Blue Mountain Beach is such a gem of 30A. The house is just the right size with everything you need, quiet neighborhood yet close to so many things and John and his family take such good care of the house. You will not regret staying here and we look forward to visiting again!

Old Charm-Gorgeous 30A Cottage
