"Carefree"—the name promises great things. Our new, sunny apartment will surprise you! Ground floor: a sunny living room and an exclusive kitchenette with a stone worktop, a dining area, and direct access to your terrace with a view of the greenery. A beautiful, curved wooden staircase leads to the upper floor. Upper floor: a bright double bedroom with a shower/toilet and plenty of natural light; two twin bedrooms intended as children’s rooms; two toilets; and a shower. Please note: two of the three rooms are connected by a connecting door. Therefore, our “Sorgenfrei” apartment is best suited for families with children. There is also a hallway door on the upper floor, so large luggage can be carried upstairs directly via our historic oak staircase. Our fireplace room, the sun terrace with wooden tables and chairs, and the lounge chairs in the park are available to all guests at Hof Rose. In the evenings, you can relax by the crackling fireplace with a glass of wine to read a good book in peace, or round off a cheerful day of holiday together with other guests. Amenities of our lovingly and originally furnished holiday apartment: Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, coffee maker, fridge-freezer, ceramic-glass stove with oven, microwave, 12 sets of dishes and glasses. Washing machine and dryer are available for use. South-facing terrace, living room, flat-screen TV. Beds in the double rooms: 1x2 metres. Cot, safety rail, and high chair available upon request. Free Wi-Fi access. The beds are, of course, made, and plenty of towels are provided. Upon request, we offer a grocery shopping service before your arrival. Washing machine/dryer: (€7 per load). Our sauna is available to you free of charge.
