House Nephelin

The house is wonderfully central yet located in a quiet area with little traffic; even on foot, you can easily reach shopping destinations (groceries, fashion, bistros, restaurants, etc.) in 5–7 minutes, trams, buses, and trains, as well as to nature areas (Mooswald, Dreiländergarten, vineyards), and even to the Lagune water park with a sauna and wellness facilities. You could even walk to Switzerland or France in about 10 minutes. Pets are welcome.
