We’ve stayed at many villas over the years, and this one truly stands out—it was fantastic, and we’re so glad we chose it. Communication was incredibly fast and helpful, with thoughtful arrangements that made our stay seamless from start to finish.The villa itself is spacious both inside and out, beautifully maintained, and fully equipped with everything we needed. It’s in a perfect location—peaceful and quiet, yet close to lovely beaches and excellent restaurants. The views are absolutely stunning.Both the villa and the pool were kept spotlessly clean, and the cleaner we had was wonderful—friendly, reliable, and thorough. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

The property is amazing with a unique view. The view is exceptional. Looking out to sea over the cliff. The property is very big with 3 bedrooms. Aircon in the bedrooms. The pool is massive. May be 12m by 6m. Great location. Very quiet. Benagil is walking distance for great restaurants and beach. Nearby beach is lovely. Nearest supermarket 10min walk away. Host Stefanie and David were very helpful. The family loved our holiday. Thanks

Zur Zeit nicht empfehlenswert

Knapp 2 Monate vor Reiseantritt erhielten wir von der Reiseagentur die Mitteilung, dass in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft der Ferienvilla gebaut würde und Lärmbelästigung nicht auszuschließen sei. Als Kompensation wurde ein Preisnachlass von 15% angeboten oder eine Verschiebung der Reise um 1 Jahr. Wir haben uns für den Reiseantritt entschieden, was im Nachherein ein Fehler war. Aufgrund des Baulärms (täglicher Beginn 8 Uhr und Ende werktags bis 18 Uhr), war nur eine Hälfte des Hauses nutzbar. In 14 Tagen gab es nur an einem einzigen Tag (Sonntag) Ruhe. Laut Aushang an der Zuwegung zur Baustelle wird diese voraussichtlich 2 Jahre bestehen bleiben. Die Villa Giveruna ist in die Tage gekommen und bräuchte einige Ausbesserungen. Die Küche ist großzügig und funktional eingerichtet. Geräteschuppen und Hauswirtschaftsraum sind für den Gast nicht zugänglich. Das ist ärgerlich, wenn man selber einmal Feger und Schaufel benötigt oder den Aussengrill benutzten möchte. Die Hinweistafeln in den Baderäumen, u.a. mit der Bitte keine Rasierklingen oder Plastikbeutel im WC zu entsorgen, versetzten den Gast in die Zeit seines Vorschulkindergartens. Das Anwesen ist sehr weitläufig und üppig bepflanzt. Ein Sympathiepunkt ist der Verzicht, das Grundstück durch einen Zaun abzugrenzen. Ein Anreiseplan, gerne auch mit Skizze, ist ratsam, da wie in unserem Fall, elektronische Routenplaner per Mobiltelefon nicht abrufbar waren. Den Eigentümern der Villa ist zu empfehlen, einige Handwerksstunden in die

Traumhaus mit Meerblick

Die Lage des Hauses ist unschlagbar. Ein wunderschöner Ausblick auf das Meer, ein traumhaft angelegtes Grundstück, ein super konzipiertes Haus mit vielen schönen Plätzen zum Verweilen. Zudem noch ein schöner großer und beheizbarer Pool. Die Verwalterin war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir haben wirklich nichts zu bemängeln und kommen gerne wieder.
