This bright, modernly furnished 40 m² holiday apartment is located on the ground floor in the heart of Kirchenlamitz, in a very central location with free parking right outside the front door. All shops for daily necessities are within easy walking distance.

Between 2020 and 2023, the building underwent a complete renovation. Special emphasis was placed on high quality and functionality in both the materials used and the furnishings.

The holiday rental features a high-quality kitchen with seating and a digital radio that includes an USB port. The kitchen unit includes an oven, a ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a toaster, a kettle, and an egg cooker. Of course, the kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of kitchen utensils. For your stay, you’ll also find a small selection of different teas and a basic supply of coffee pods for the Senseo coffee maker.

The living/sleeping area features a cosy 1.80 m double bed, a closet, a sleeper sofa, and a 42-inch TV. There is an electronic safe inside the wardrobe.

Another special feature of the holiday rental is the large, bright bathroom, which is equipped with underfloor heating, a (real) rain shower with a GROHE thermostatic faucet, and a rimless wall-mounted toilet by GROHE. There is also a hair dryer in the bathroom. Towels and hand soap are provided for your stay.

In the basement, you’ll find a washing machine, dryer, and an ironing board with an iron. These are available to you free of charge (detergent is provided).

You are welcome to store your bicycles in the garage.
