The pool was excellent to relax and the privacy fence made it feel like an oasis after a morning of mountain biking. They have a wonderful corner with two pool loungers and an umbrella, perfect for reading or suntanning. Nice outdoor table to eat poolside. They also had some pool toys which were great for kids. Pool is lighted which makes for nice evening swimming. Kitchen was excellent with all the necessities for your stay. Bedrooms were sufficient. Having use of the garage was wonderful. Location was great for The Rail Yard. Downtown Rogers is close and quaint and it is a relatively short drive to the fantastic mountain biking in Bentonville.

We enjoyed this house. The pool maybe needed to be cleaned a bit but it wasn't bad. Just some random rocks and a bandaid. The hot tub jets weren't very strong but we still enjoyed having it as an option. We had plenty of room for 6 people. There were not many cooking items. We couldn't find a baking sheet. Beds were comfortable. Location was good. Overall, we'd recommend this house as a nice option.

The ant infestation was a problem. The dining room base board was infested with ants. Both bathrooms was crawling with ants. Could not leave any items out due to the ants getting into toothpaste, toothbrush or anything we set out. Same problem in the kitchen. Ants filled our loaf bread and crackers. I don’t hold the host accountable. The dry weather contributed to the problem. Also, we spent hours shop vacuuming the kitchen floor due to washing a load of towels and the washer had a whole in the drain pipe. Was not a pleasant time to be spending on vacation but we did not want the beautiful wood floors to be damaged. Once again, we did not want not hold the host responsible, a home just has repairs. Some things are unforeseen. The host responded quickly but it was late when the washer flooded the floor. Hopefully the problems will be addressed and corrected quickly. Yes, we would stay again at this location. Ants and repairs happen out of owners control.

The home was very clean. The pool was amazing and just the right temperature. We watched fireworks from the pool. Even though it's right in the middle of town, it was very quiet and peaceful. The only suggestion I would give is to make sure you have the cookware you will need if you will be cooking meals there.

Great VRBO! Had a wedding for family and was able to have some family come over for burgers and using the pool. Great location for places to eatAnd wedding venue. Would definitely stay here again.
