With direct water views and a unique location right on the Schlei fjord, "Fjord-Koje 6" at the Schleswig Pioneer Harbor offers the perfect place for your vacation.
The apartment offers a spacious 66 m² with an open-plan living and dining area with a kitchen and sleeping area, a bathroom, and a balcony.
The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, and in the living room, you can relax on the sofa in front of the smart TV at the end of your vacation days.
The sleeping area features a comfortable double bed (180x200cm) and blackout curtains for restful nights.
The bathroom includes a hairdryer and a shower.
Relax on the balcony and enjoy balmy evenings.
A private parking space is available directly in front of the building.
You can store your bicycles in the shared bicycle storage room.
A washing machine is available for your free use on the ground floor.
Sustainability is a priority at Pionierhafen, which is why 77% of the energy is sourced from geothermal sources.
Thanks to its unique location on the Schlei fjord, you can also bring your own boat and moor it at a berth directly at Pionierhafen for a fee. Please contact us for details.

There are two electric vehicle charging stations near the accommodation for the Schlei, Wiking, and Fjord apartments. These are available for all apartments in the buildings.
The development of the newly built "Am Pionierhafen" district is largely complete. No further major construction work is expected. Some areas, especially the surrounding grounds, are still undergoing visual changes.

For all bookings with a stay from April 1, 2026, the city of Schleswig charges an overnight tax of 5% on the total price excluding VAT. This will be shown on the booking confirmation in addition to the total price.

Please note that the apartment is not suitable for tradespeople, and we cannot accept bookings for this purpose.

Die Lage ist fantastisch! Die Wohnung ist modern und praktisch eingerichtet, es fehlt ein bisschen Atmosphäre. Im Moment gibt es drumherum viele Baustellen mit dem entsprechenden Lärm, das muss man einkalkulieren. In der Hochsaison ist das ein Gebiet mit ziemlich vielen Wohnungen, sehr dicht aufeinander. Auch die Balkons, der Nachbarwohnung sind so, dass man sich einen Kaffee überreichen kann. Das muss man wissen, sonst ist die Wohnung sehr schön, Schlüsselübergabe mit Tresor und unkompliziert.
