In April of 2009 we made our dream come true and moved from Stuttgart to Zillertal. It was the right decision, as we feel at home.
Why they chose this property
We planned our house with a lot of attention to details, while also considering future aspects (geothermal energy, elevator). We had it built by a local building company.
What makes this property unique
Here on top of the Gattererberg, the sunniest place of Zillertal, and with all the possibilities in winter and summer, surrounded by heartiness, we actually feel being very close to the sky! The view of the valley and over the mountains opens the heart and in the evening, when the valley already lies in the shade of the day, we enjoy the last sunrays at the mountain.
