Dirty Flat, Poor Communication and Aggressive

The apartment was very dirty upon arrival. We cleaned it when we arrived. We had to get keys/any help we needed through a concierge service, which was shut when we arrived and the day after that. We were not given the apartment number by the owner for a long time and very little information about the location of the apartment. Upon leaving, we were charged a cleaning fee after having cleaned the flat thoroughly, leaving it in a much better state than what we found it in. Upon telling the concierge/owner that we left it was cleaner than we found it, I was harassed by the owner over email. It also turns out that the owner was the last person to use the apartment - so they were the ones who left it filthy!

Très bon séjour

Appartement très agréable et fonctionnel. Il est beaucoup plus lumineux que sur les photos. Nous étions 2 adultes et 3 enfants de bas âges et nous avons pu bien profiter du domaine situé à quelques marches de l'appartement.

Appartement “ montagne “ alliant confort , vue , et calme . Un peu d,exercice pour monter à la station ... mais la navette gratuite s,arrête au pied de l,immeuble . Nous reviendrons .

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet appartement fonctionnel, bien équipé,très propre et dans une résidence calme. Très bonne disponibilité de la personne qui devait nous remettre les clés de l appartement lors de ce week end de "naufragés de la route"...appartement au pied des navettes. .. mais pas des pistes. .adresse a retenir.
