The Residenza Nasca is slightly elevated above Castelveccana (8 kilometres south of Luino) and offers a wonderful view of Lake Maggiore and the idyllic village of Nasca. Six detached houses with underground garages have been built on the 3,000 square metre plot. A beautiful garden with Mediterranean trees and plants as well as a swimming pool offer a very relaxed ambience. The pool is open from May to October, depending on the weather. The lake is about 2.5 km away.

The house is 80 square metres in size and has a private garden as well as a seating area in front of and behind the house and a balcony on the first floor. Ideal for people who prefer sunshine or shade. Parasols for shade or a gas barbecue behind the house are available. The view is fantastic. Whether of the lake, the Monte Rosa chain to the south-west or the Swiss Alps to the north. This is the basis for pure relaxation.

On the ground floor are the living room, the kitchen, the dining area and the toilet with washbasin. The living room is equipped with a fireplace, an upholstered suite that can also be converted into a bed and a flat-screen TV with external satellite dish. In the bookcase there is an orange folder containing regional information and interesting facts to help guests organise excursions and shopping trips, as well as technical instructions on heating, waste disposal, power failures, etc. A Bluetooth loudspeaker and a mobile WiFi router with instructions are available for use.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-ring gas hob, oven, dishwasher and large fridge with separate freezer compartment as well as a Nespresso coffee machine and kettle. Adjacent to the open-plan kitchen is the dining area, which seats 4 people comfortably.

A passageway, which is also used as a cloakroom and has a cleaning cupboard, leads to the toilet with washbasin on the ground floor. If the temperature is unexpectedly too low, the heating can be set to the desired temperature using the temperature regulator.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with WC and shower. Both bedrooms have a double bed (mattress: 160x200cm; duvets: 160x210cm; pillows: 60x80cm) and wardrobes. A travel cot and a high chair (from IKEA) are in the wardrobe and would need to be installed.

The bathroom is equipped with WC, washbasin, bathtub and corner shower cubicle.

In the basement there is a large, lockable garage and a cellar/laundry room with washing machine and washbasin.

The kitchen must be handed over by the tenant in a clean condition.
