Club Wyndham SeaWatch Resort is located on the beach on the Grand
Strand in Myrtle Beach. We have everything from the beautiful Atlantic
Ocean to more than 100 championship golf courses at your doorstep,
along with Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach, the city's largest
entertainment complex, art galleries, theaters, and numerous
restaurants.

Savor fresh seafood with an ocean view. Enjoy Celebrity Square, the
Palace Theatre NASCAR Cafe, Hard Rock Cafe, and Planet Hollywood.
Myrtle Beach has become the year-round family entertainment capital of
the Southeast.

Your vacation home at Wyndham Sea Watch Plantation is air-conditioned
with a TV, telephone, washer & dryer, and private balcony with an ocean
view. All units feature a complete kitchen and living room, and an
amenity & supply starter kit is provided. One-bedroom units sleep up to
4 with a full kitchen, but limited counter space in the kitchen. These
units are best suited for one adult couple. An iron & ironing board and
complimentary internet access are provided. All units, balconies, and
corridors are non-smoking.

The onsite restaurant is not owned or operated by Wyndham and is
subject to seasonal operating hours.
Units, balconies, and corridors are non-smoking. Pets are not allowed.
Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort.
Confirmation paperwork is required upon check-in at the resort.
The earliest you should contact the resort is 2 weeks prior to your
check-in date.
Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as
local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your
travel or vacation experience.
This resort pledges to comply with ‘Timeshare Safe Welcome’, ARDA’s
recommended Industry Guidance to promote health and safety in the
Timeshare Industry.
If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and
electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay
duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly
to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking
price.
Fees or deposits are charged for some amenities.
There are bike rallies in May & October each year. Expect noise and
traffic. Contact the resort for exact dates.
Motorcycles are not allowed on the property during the months of April
through September. Contact the resort for exact dates. Trailers are
allowed but must be parked at the registered building parking lot. Golf
carts are not allowed on the property.
Contact the resort prior to confirming the vacation to request any
special needs during your stay.
Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in
forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort.
Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.

provide a valid ID and credit card at the time of check-in.
