On the completely fenced and well-kept garden, guests have at their disposal a 32m2 swimming pool, a covered terrace with seating, a brick barbecue and 2 parking spaces.

On the 1st floor there are two bedrooms with double beds, each with its own bathroom with shower/toilet and access to a common balcony with a beautiful view of the olive grove and the sea in the distance.
