Idyllically located country house with terrace, parking and attention to detail

The vacation home is nestled between fields and meadows, where fox and hare say good night to each other...Despite the idyllic location, it is a great starting point for bike tours and many sights in the Ruhr area. The transport connections in all directions of the Ruhr area are optimal, therefore also very interesting for business people. Within walking distance you can reach the golf club Röttgersbach, as well as the Revierpark Mattlerbusch for healthy sauna or hiking. The Centro O as well as the Landschaftspark Nord, with numerous events, are in the immediate vicinity. The living space is about 120 sqm and is distributed over two floors. High-quality furnished in country style as well as freshly renovated. On the first floor is the living area with 55 inch flat screen TV, dining table for 4 people, access to the terrace, bedroom 1 with TV, bathroom 1 with ground level shower and open kitchen area. The kitchen is equipped with: Nespresso machine (filter coffee maker on request), kettle, toaster, sodastream, fridge with freezer, stove with oven, microwave and dishwasher. If needed, a travel crib can be provided. On the second floor there is a large bedroom with 55 inch flat screen TV and private access into the 2nd shower room. The house is fully equipped with external blinds. It has a terrace with barbecue and dining area, as well as 2 parking spaces. The right half of the house is inhabited, the left half of the house with separate entrance, is for rent.

Great stay, great hosts

We’ve been in many paces but nowhere it was as clean as here. Really spotless. You have 2 full sized bedrooms with both own bathrooms. And a large kitchen and living room. Everything is at hand and the owners, living next door, ar every helpful and friendly. All in all we had a really great stay! Thanks a lot!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette magnifique maison, décorée avec beaucoup de goût, d'une propreté exceptionnelle. Lits très confortables, linge de lit et de toilette sentent très bons. Cuisine très bien équipée, capsules Nespresso, sucre, creamer, huile, vinaigre, sopalin etc.. à disposition. Petite attention d'accueil avec bonbons et bouteille d'eau. Duisbourg à 20 minute en voiture et divers supermarchés et restaurants à moins de 10 minutes, toujours en voiture. Nous n'avons aucun point négatif à émettre. Tout était vraiment parfait. Nous recommandons plus que chaudement. Encore un grand merci pour tout.

Ein wunderbarer Kurzurlaub

Der Aufenthalt über das Wochenende hat sehr gut getan! Die Naturnähe und die kulturellen Angebote (Gasometer-Ausstellung, Industriepark, Tiger and Turtle-Treppe) waren hochinteressant und sehenswert. Das Ferienhaus war sehr schön und modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Die Gastgeberin war sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Der Aufenthalt in dieser schönen, modernen und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Für unseren Kleinen waren ein Reisebett und Hochstuhl zur Verfügung gestellt und die Ausstattung der Wohnung ließ keinen Wunsch offen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend. Tolle FeWo und sehr sypathische Vermieter

Wir waren mit 2 Paaren in der wunderschönen und best-ausgestatteten FeWo in Duisburg. Wir haben uns dort absulut wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr umfangreich, es war alles, was wir brauchten, vorhanden - sowohl in der Küche als auch in den Bädern und den Wohnräumen. Die Vermieter sind super nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung liegt in einem sehr ruhigen Bereich, von dem aus man tolle Radtouren auf grünen Strecken zwischen Rhein und Emscher machen kann.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus zwischen Duisburg und Oberhausen

Wir waren mit unserer Familie für einen kleinen Ruhrgebietstripp mit Besuch der SPIEL24 im Landhaus. Das Haus hat uns trotz der schönen Fotos im Inserat noch positiv überrascht. Es ist alles sehr ordentlich und sauber. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und es finden sich sogar diverse gute Kochbücher (von vegetarischer Auswahl bis zu innovativer Fleischverarbeitung) in den Regalen. Einzig die Lage wäre eventuell für einen längeren Aufenthalt nicht 100%ig optimal. Man kann zwar fußläufig ein netten Erholungswald am nördlichen Ende Duisburgs erreichen, aber ansonsten ist man auf Autofahrten durchs Ruhrgebiet angewiesen. Hierfür erreicht man aber die A3 angenehm schnell, so dass wir den Messeparkplatz Essen ohne Stau in unter 30 min erreicht hätten. Wer aber einen ruhigen Raum mit Option auf Ruhrgebietstouren sucht, der wird sich hier sehr wohl fühlen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen, wenn wir uns nochmal zu viert ins Ruhrgebiet stürzen wollen.

Mooi en ruim huis. Goede en rustige locatie om de omgeving te bezoeken. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaren. Willen graag helpen. Zo was in de badkamer een extra douchestoel geregeld. Zeer aan te bevelen.

Besser geht es nicht

Über diese Unterkunft gibt es ohne jede Einschränkung nur Gutes zu berichten. Die Lage ist absolut ruhig, dennoch kommt man schnell an eine Vielzahl von attraktiven Orten im Ruhrgebiet. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist außergewöhnlich schön und mit viel Liebe gestaltet. Es fehlt einfach nichts. Hinzu kommen dann noch Gastgeber, die sehr angenehm und herzlich sind.
