Apartment XL - Aparthotel Stralsund

Probably the largest apartment in Stralsund! This holiday rental features 4 bedrooms (2 of which are upstairs), 1 large living room, a bathroom with a tub, and a luxurious open-concept kitchen. The apartment has 10 permanent beds and can be supplemented with travel cots if needed. There is a fireplace in the living room and in the kitchen’s dining area.

The XL apartment is accessible via a staircase.



The Aparthotel Stralsund is located on the outskirts of Stralsund but is still centrally located. The hotel is about 60 metres from the high street and offers a peaceful atmosphere.

The main train station is about 1,500 metres away, and the Neuer Markt and St. Mary’s Church are 2,200 metres away. There’s a REWE supermarket right in the area, which includes a bakery with a café. Please note that we do not offer breakfast. From Monday through Saturday, you can enjoy breakfast at the REWE bakery.

A total of 33 rooms await you, ranging from small single rooms to XL apartments.

The aparthotel underwent extensive renovation and was completely refurnished by April 2022. The property is characterised by its spacious layout.

Storage options as well as a lockable bike room are available for your bicycles. The Aparthotel Stralsund is officially Bett+Bike-certified (ADFC qualification)—a lockable bike room, tools, repair facilities, and cycling-specific equipment are provided.

Parking is available in our car park for 10 EUR per night per car.

Sauberkeit ist eine Katastrophe, Spülmaschine nicht nutzbar, da sehr verdreckt. Überall Haare und Staub auf dem Boden. Wasserschaden bei Regen.

Die Zimmer waren sauber, allerdings ließ die Sauberkeit in der Küche zu wünschen übrig. Zudem war die Einrichtung schon sehr abgewohnt. Schade, dass es keine Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern gibt - so hat es abends im Bad vor Spinnen gewimmelt.

Wochendaufenthalt

Wir hatten die Wohnung nur für ein Wochenende, waren doch aber sehr überrascht über die mangelnde Sauberkeit in der Wohnung. Trotz Spülmaschine war das gesamte Besteck und auch Geschirr unsauber und unhygienisch, sodass alles nochmals mit der Hand gereinigt werden musste. Die Spülmaschine war selbst total verdreckt, sodass es das Geschirr auch nicht sauber werden konnte. Vom Vormieter fanden wir noch einen Schlüpfer auf dem Boden liegen und in der gesamten Wohnung war der Boden nicht sauber. Die Bilder versprachen mehr, aber das ist ja leider oft so. Leider mussten wir auch noch mehr zahlen als bei der Buchung bestätigt wurde, da dort wohl was schief gegangen ist. Schön, dass das zu unseren Lasten ging. Ich denke, dass war das erste und letzte Mal, dass wir dort waren.
