Bedroom layout:

• Two rooms on the first floor will remain locked and are not available for guest use, as they are designated as a storage room and the owner's private closet.

• Bedroom 2 – Second floor: King bed, sofa bed, and private en-suite bathroom.

• Bedroom 3 – Second floor: Two twin beds and private en-suite bathroom.

• Bedroom 4 – Second floor: Two twin beds and private en-suite bathroom.

The property also features a fully equipped kitchen, an open-concept living and dining area, central air conditioning, TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a laundry area with a washer and dryer.

We provide a complimentary starter kit for guests' convenience. These items are not replenished during your stay, so we recommend purchasing additional supplies based on your needs. The starter kit may include: hand soap, toilet paper, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, small soap bars, a sponge, dish soap, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher tablets.



Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the entire house via self check-in using a smart lock. The property includes one assigned parking space, marked with the number 7580. Additional vehicles must be parked only in unmarked spaces that are not assigned to a specific property.

Guests have the option to purchase access to the community clubhouse, which features a resort-style pool, hot tub, gym, sports courts, and a restaurant. The cost is $100 per day, per group.

Parking

The property has one assigned parking space identified by number 7580. The first vehicle must be parked in that space. Additional vehicles must be parked only in unmarked spaces that do not have an assigned property number.

Packages

USPS may return packages sent to vacation rentals. We recommend using Amazon, DHL, or FedEx whenever possible. We are not responsible for returned, lost, delayed, or undelivered packages.

Strict property rules

Parties and events are not permitted. A $500 fee may apply for violations, and guests may be evicted from the property without a refund.

Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property. A $500 fee may apply for smoke odor or specialized cleaning.

Pets are not permitted. A $500 fee may apply for unauthorized pets, and the reservation may be subject to cancellation without a refund. Maximum occupancy must align with the reservation details and the listing's limits. Unauthorized guests may result in additional charges or reservation cancellation.

Guests are responsible for complying with all community, HOA, and parking rules during their stay.

Important maintenance notice

This is a vacation rental property, not a hotel with 24-hour on-site staff. Although the property is professionally cleaned and inspected prior to each arrival, maintenance issues may occasionally arise. We will always do our best to respond and coordinate solutions as quickly as possible.

No refunds for situations beyond the host's control

Refunds are not provided for weather conditions, early departures, closures of community amenities, internet or cable outages, third-party service interruptions, HOA restrictions, traffic, insects, common Florida wildlife, or other circumstances beyond the host's control.
