About this property

Quiet Home Near Cobbs Hill, Brighton, & the City

Our home has lots of great space downstairs. There is a TV room in the back overlooking the beautiful gardens that opens up into a living room with a very comfortable sitting area. On the other side of the first floor is the dining room and kitchen where you can cook meals, make coffee, and eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner if you choose.

Do note, the coffee maker is a percolator. They are not difficult to use, and make GREAT coffee. We've added pictures to the listing of what this coffee maker looks like, but most people don't use them often so please just ask if you have any questions about getting your coffee going in the morning.

Upstairs, there are two wonderful, bright bedrooms. The master has a king bed and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and has a Jack and Jill bathroom attached. There is a third bedroom with a queen bed in it as well.

The third floor is owners storage, so please do not go up the stairs to the third floor.

Please note that this house does not have air conditioning. We do have some fans to help keep the air moving through the house for you if needed.

You will have access to the entire home except for the third floor. Please refrain from going up to the third floor as it is owners storage. Everything else you are welcome to use including the basement which has the washer and dryer.

We live right around the corner and are available if you need anything during your stay. We want you to be as comfortable as possible and will do everything possible to ensure you have a great stay at our house!
