The "Sonnendecks 5" holiday rental is located in the "Norderneyer Sonnendecks" building. The building was newly constructed in 2011 and is situated on Jann-Berghaus-Straße. Apartment No. 5 is on the ground floor and can accommodate up to 2 people. The Kurplatz, the pedestrian zone, and several shops, cafés, and restaurants are just a few minutes’ walk away. The beach is only about 500 metres away. Please note that group tour travellers are not permitted in this holiday rental.

The rooms were designed with an emphasis on harmonious, natural colours. The apartment features a living area with a sitting area, a dining area, and a very well-equipped kitchen. It also includes two flat-screen TVs and a compact hi-fi system. The bathroom features real wood parquet flooring and natural stone. The bedroom has a double bed. A highlight of the apartment is the south-facing rooftop terrace (approx. 20 square metres). It can be accessed from both the living room and the bedroom. A washing machine and dryer are located in the building and are available for shared use (coin-operated), which is particularly convenient for longer stays. Dogs are not allowed in this apartment.
