The "JannBerghaus Flut" vacation apartment is located on Winterstraße. The "Jann-BergHaus" vacation home, newly built in 2015, houses the "Flut" apartment on the first floor, which is easily accessible by elevator. A bakery and a grocery store are located in the immediate vicinity, and the main shopping street and the beach are just a few minutes’ walk away.

The 85-square-meter living space includes two bedrooms, a living room with an integrated kitchen and dining area, and two bathrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a TV, while the living room also features a DVD player. The highlight of the apartment is the 50-square-meter terrace, which faces south and west. Covered storage spaces for bicycles are available on the premises. A washing machine and dryer are located in the building and are available for shared use (for a fee), which is particularly convenient for longer stays. Dogs are not allowed in this vacation rental.
