The "JannBergHaus 06" holiday rental is located on Winterstraße. The "Jann-BergHaus" holiday home, newly built in 2015, houses apartment "06" on the upper floor, which is easily accessible by lift. Please note that group stays are unfortunately not possible in this apartment. A bakery and a supermarket are located in the immediate vicinity, and the main shopping street and the beach are just a few minutes’ walk away. <br><br>With a living area of 50 square metres, the apartment features a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a pull-out couch that serves as a sleeping area for a child. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a toilet. The apartment also features a small, south-facing loggia that is sheltered from the wind and weather. Covered storage space for bicycles is available at the building. A washing machine and dryer are located in the building and are available for shared use for a fee, which is particularly convenient for longer stays. Dogs are not allowed in this holiday rental.
