The "NEYS Beach Loft" holiday rental is located on Viktoriastraße. The apartment has been completely renovated and redesigned. With approximately 62 square metres of living space, the apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. The beach is only about 100 metres away. The island’s centre, with its numerous restaurants, cafés, and other shopping options, is also just a few minutes’ walk away.

The apartment features two separate bedrooms, one of which has a bed that is 2.10 m long. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped. In the living area, three TV screens—including a Smart TV—and two Blu-ray players provide entertainment. A private Wi-Fi hotspot ensures a consistently stable internet connection. The apartment’s design emphasises light and natural colours. It is also equipped with blinds and an awning. The apartment is child-friendly and includes a small children’s tent bed, a high chair, and plenty of toys. Dogs are not allowed in this holiday rental. Please note that the swimming pool remains closed until further notice!

Shared laundry machines—a dryer and a washing machine (coin-operated, for a fee)—are available in the building’s basement.
