A well-equipped two-room apartment on the first floor of a quiet residential house in the sunny Ahori neighbourhood of Kandersteg. Open living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, double bedroom, and a large balcony facing the mountains.

The building sits at around 1,200 metres altitude, 100 metres from the forest edge, with walking trails starting directly from the house. Cross-country ski tracks run 50 metres away. Kandersteg is a compact mountain village of around 1,200 residents at the foot of the Blümlisalp massif. It sits within a UNESCO World Natural Heritage area and offers year-round outdoor activities - hiking, skiing, cross-country, climbing, and lake swimming - all within walking distance.
