Urlaub

Hatten wieder einen schönen Urlaub, Wetter war super. Geschäfte, Bäcker, Restaurant alles vor der Tür. Ferienwohnung ausreichend alles Vorhanden. Leider sehr wenig Stauraum für 5 Personen /Ablagen im Bad (Regal).

Immer wieder gern...

Wir kommen seit mehr als 15 Jahren regelmäßig immer wieder in dieses schöne Appartement. Sauber, gemütlich und hell, tolle Terrasse mit seitlichem Blick Richtung Seebrücke und zentral gelegen. Ständig wird etwas erneuert - in diesem Jahr zum Beispiel neue Bilder. Genau wie gewünscht, daher immer wieder gern!

Enttäuscht!

Es war auf Bitte nicht möglich, das Auto am Abreisetag für drei Stunden auf dem Parkplatz der Wohnung stehen zu lassen, obwohl die Wohnung und somit der Parkplatz frei war. Sehr unflexibel und unfreundlich. Das sind wir von anderen Anbietern in Kühlungsborn so nicht gewohnt.

Top Lage aber ramponierte Wohnung, schmutzig

Es ist eine an sich schöne Wohnung. Leider sind viele Wände sehr angestoßen, Gardinen haben Löcher, Spinnenweben hängen einem ins Gesicht. Die Dusche, die Toilettebrille, Mikrowelle und Kaffeemaschine waren schlecht bis garnicht gereinigt. Hier waren sehr deutlich Rückstände von der Benutzung zu sehen. Für mich persönlich eine absolute Katastrophe. Der Wasserhahn war locker.Teilweise ist das Inventar alt und lieblos. Die Damen am Empfang waren flott und sehr freundlich, haben einen versucht zu helfen, nur leider hat es die Reinigung nicht so ernst genommen das Problem und etwas teilweise erledigt und über den Rest hinweg geguckt. Für einen Urlaub wo man sich entspannen will definitiv nicht zu empfehlen. Das Poolwasser ist zudem leider sehr, sehr kalt. Nun das Gute: Super Lage, mitten im Geschehen. Bis abends kann man sehen was so los ist in Kühlungsborn. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Nähe, zu Fuß und mit Auto gut zu erreichen. Spielplätze sind viele super zu erreichen und sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Strand ist in 5 min zu Fuß erreicht. Viele Bars und Restaurants. Für Kinder gibt es auf der Anlage einen Minnispielplatz und einen Sandkasten. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Parks sind zeitnah erreicht damit haben wir uns trotz der Umstände ganz wohl gefühlt. Empfehlung: Kühlungsborn immer wieder gerne. Diese Unterkunft kein zweites Mal.Schade!!!
