We are Alan and Nancy. We are Florida natives who love all things about the water in the Florida Keys: watching it from shore, fishing, diving, snorkeling, lobstering. We live in the Tampa Bay area of Florida, but bought a second home in beautiful Cudjoe Gardens, just 17 miles from Key West. We offer our home a few months a year to 28 day tenants who treat it as if it were their own piece of paradise. Nancy is an artist and an avid gardener, who nurtures her orchid garden and details the decor at this home. Alan is a creator and craftsman, who continues to make the house more beautiful and functional every time we come down. We love to stay in touch with our tenants especially while they are here, answering any question and helping in any way we can to make their stay perfect. Many have become friends.

Sitting on the back porch or in the spa or palm garden, we are only 10 feet from the water. Cudjoe Gardens is a special neighborhood...neat, quiet, clean, beautifully landscaped and friendly. The neighbors on Sawyer Drive welcome visitors and part-time residents. We are close to both the ocean and the gulf, to lobster grounds, kayak areas, a full-service marina, fabulous restaurants, coral reefs, fishing grounds and sandbars, Looe Key National Park diving, beautiful beaches, and downtown Key West.

Our home was designed for boaters, anglers, and families who want to experience the Lower Keys at their best. Enjoy a lot and a half of protected dockage with shore power, fish-cleaning station, freshwater and quick access to both the Atlantic and Gulf. Relax in the spa (set for cool or warm) overlooking the canal, unwind on the 40- foot covered porch, and enjoy spacious, beautifully furnished accommodations. Located in quiet Cudjoe Gardens, it's the perfect home base for fishing, diving, lobstering, boating and exploring nearby islands-all with the comfort and privacy of a luxury waterfront home.
