Peaceful & private 1 room cabin near stream/water

Consider this adorable tiny cabin campground your home away from home while you visit Smithville Flats, New York. Guests find a tranquil spot to unwind with a cozy single bedroom featuring a comfortable queen. Whether you’re here to explore or simply escape, this peaceful retreat offers a perfect balance of comfort and calm. Book now and enjoy everything this campground has to offer. You will most likely be the only guests at the property currently, so you would have the whole 10 acres to yourself.

Note-cabin area is brand new, constantly being upgraded, so things may be different from time of booking. As of now 9/21/26, cabin has kitchen table, air mattress available and propane BBQ. No electricity or water just yet, completely rustic. There is a porta-john on the grounds. There is an attractive, soothing sound stream bordering the grounds, about 20ft from this cabin. Abundant wildlife in area.

There are some local stores nearby like a great deli, which sells fishing bait, a dollar general, and town is about 12 min away with some good places to eat. Select archery hunting available, inquire within.

Its a rural, peaceful and quiet neighborhood, and also it has quite a few outdoor orientated resources nearby, such as state land for hiking, hunting, snowmobiles, fishing, a large state pond down road, ice-fishing, and more.

What makes this property unique

Private, calm, very spacious, a "get-away-from-it-all" place! Most places under campground specs of 10 acres would have around 30 sites or more, we decided to have no more than about five, so folks can enjoy the privacy and beauty of nature under quality terms like it should be.
