The Holiday House in Buzios has a really nice lounge, with TV , balcony, kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, and bathroom area plus large master bedroom and shower / toilet, plus wardrobe area

This home is located in the Condominium Brunaville characterized by being closed and is situated in the center of Geriba beach in Búzios (Rio de Janeiro), near the Fishbone, and maintain 24-hour security. There is also an excellent leisure area with sauna, Turkish bath, two swimming pools and tennis court.

The house is 150 meters from the beach and 3 blocks from the supermarket, bakery, churches, restaurants and coffee shops, pharmacy and gas station.

It has two car garage and barbecue facilities.

Problemas infelizes.

A casa é como nas fotos, muito bem localizada, tivemos a infelicidade do boiler da água quente estragar no primeiro dia, ficamos 4 dias tomando banho frio, e não estava um clima muito quente , foi horrível , apesar dos esforços da prorprietaria. Se não fosse isso, teria sido uma perfeita estada. Roupa de cama banho escassa e paga a parte. Bomba da água barulhenta para quem dorme embaixo.

Casa e localização boas mas infelizmente tivemos problemas

Localização perfeita, casa boa, administradora muito simpática e prestativa, mas infelizmente tivemos problemas com dois ar condicionados, dois chuveiros, a casa ao lado estava em obras e parecia que estavam martelando em nossas cabeças e a limpeza inicial não foi feita.

A casa ideal para férias em família

Foi uma temporada maravilhosa!!! Estávamos em família,um total de 20 pessoas e fomos surpreendidos por um excelente ambiente que nos fez aproveitar ao máximo nossas férias. A casa da Maria, como à chamamos; é extremamente confortável,espaçosa e super bem equipada, os quartos são ótimos, todos com banheiros dando conforto as pessoas que não precisam disputar a ida ao banheiro na volta da praia, a cozinha é bem equipada, com forno elétrico e todos eletrodomésticos que precisamos, louças em grande quantidade e talheres, tem uma geladeira ótima e ainda um Freezer grande, ótimo pra quem viaja com muitas pessoas e precisa de espaço para guardar as compras, o condomínio é muito bom, tem sauna, piscina e chuveiros ótimos, além de uma quadra de esportes que as crianças amaram, ficavam batendo papo até altas horas por la. Acho que e importante frisar que a casa tem entrada particular fora do condomínio o que dá maior liberdade para entrar e sair, fica muito próximo a Praia, não necessita de carro para ir a praia e fica bem pertinho ao fichsbone que é um local super badalado da praia de Geribá, também tem uma padaria bem pertinho e da pra ir andando também a rua José Bento que é onde se localizam mercados , restaurantes,sorveterias, bancos e etc. Tivemos dias maravilhosos e cheios de alegria, fomos super bem recebidos pela administradora Daniela e muito bem atendidos pelo administrador do condomínio sr.evanildo e sua linda família, a dona da casa Sra.Maria é um amor de pessoa e esteve disponível em todo tempo para nós atender, mesmo não morando no Brasil. Super recomendo, quem alugar a casa da Maria vai viver momentos indescritíveis e férias inesquecíveis.

Excelente

Fui para Búzios em novembro com um grupo de amigos com a intenção de surfar em Geriba e esta casa foi uma excelente opção. A localização é perto da praia, tem uma área interna e um pequeno quintal bom para organizar o material. A sala é espaçosa e a cozinha tinha tudo que precisamos. O condomínio é organizado e com uma boa piscina. Agradeço a Maria pela atenção, sempre muito simpática.
