Summary:

The Polynesian Resort Condominiums is a shared complex of 69 condos. Prior to 2026, the location operated as the Polynesian Resort Hotel, but it transitioned to being individually rented vacation condos as of April 1st, 2026. Even though all condos are in the Polynesian Rentals program, they are each a unique property with a different owner and listing.



The Space:

"All in Good Tide" is what we call this spacious two-bedroom on the second floor. The family suite is arranged to accommodate up to eight guests with three queen beds and a sleeper sofa.



Step out onto the balcony and take in the fresh ocean breeze, or if it's rainy, stay warm inside by the fireplace watching your favorite shows and movies on TV. There's also a full kitchen whether you want to cook to your heart's desire or simply just reheat takeout and store your drinks and snacks. The kitchen includes a full fridge, stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a coffee pot with complimentary coffee. In addition, the dining room table doubles as both a comfortable place to eat and as a place to host family game night.



The condo has 1.5 bathrooms, which makes it easier to keep things moving when you're traveling with a group. The full bathroom has a shower and tub, as well as a hair dryer and included toiletries.



Plus, this unit is pet-friendly, so you can bring your best furrends along too!



As a guest of Polynesian Rentals, you'll get access to the communal pool room with heated pool and hot tub, the Game Room on the 2nd floor with a rentable pool table and real arcade games, and an outdoor recreation area with a swing set, horse shoe pits, tetherball pole, and a picnic area with BBQs. The Polynesian Resort is also within easy walking and driving distance of our favorite Ocean Shores' breakfast, Our Place, and the beach!

Interaction with Guests:

We leave you free to enjoy your stay! It is self check-in and checkout. However, the front desk is staffed by our team from 10 AM to 7 PM daily and we employe some on-site maintenance and housekeeping during the day – please don't hesitate to reach out if you need anything. For urgent concerns after 7 PM, we employ an after hours phone service. They are trained to help with common questions and can contact staff if in-person assistance is needed. We do our best to make sure you have the freedom to enjoy the space on your own, but we have support available if you need it.
