Pet-Friendly King Bed Studio with Pool & Hot Tub!

Summary:

The Polynesian Resort Condominiums is a shared complex of 69 condos. Prior to 2026, the location operated as the Polynesian Resort Hotel, but it transitioned to being individually rented vacation condos as of April 1st, 2026. Even though all condos are in the Polynesian Rentals program, they are each a unique property with a different owner and listing.



The Space:

🎵 Have You Ever Seen The Rain? 🎵 "Cod Stewart" is the perfect place to stay in and watch the rain on the Washington Coast. This second-floor condo is set up for two guests with a king bed, making it a comfortable option for couples or solo travelers.



Step outside on the patio and take in the fresh ocean breeze, or if it's rainy out, stay warm inside watching your favorite shows and movies in bed. The unit has a small kitchenette with a microwave and mini fridge, providing just enough space to make basic meals or store your delicious leftovers from one of the many great restaurants in town. There is a private bathroom with a tub, shower, hair dryer, and toiletries.



Plus, it's pet-friendly, so you can bring your four-legged friends along as well! A standard pet fee applies, with a maximum of two pets allowed.



As a guest of Polynesian Rentals, you'll get access to the communal pool room with heated pool and hot tub, the Game Room on the 2nd floor with a rentable pool table and real arcade games, and an outdoor recreation area with a swing set, horse shoe pits, tetherball pole, and a picnic area with BBQs. The Polynesian Resort is also within easy walking and driving distance of our favorite Ocean Shores' breakfast, Our Place, and the beach!

Interaction with Guests:

We leave you free to enjoy your stay! It is self check-in and checkout. However, the front desk is staffed by our team from 10 AM to 7 PM daily and we employe some on-site maintenance and housekeeping during the day – please don't hesitate to reach out if you need anything. For urgent concerns after 7 PM, we employ an after hours phone service. They are trained to help with common questions and can contact staff if in-person assistance is needed. We do our best to make sure you have the freedom to enjoy the space on your own, but we have support available if you need it.
