Our Lake Constance holiday rental is located on the ground floor of the house, has an area of approximately 50 m², and features 2 bedrooms that can accommodate 2–4 people—one with a double bed and the other with a French bed (1.40 m wide). The separate living-dining room features a seating area and a pull-out sofa bed. From the living area, you can step out onto the spacious terrace, which is equipped with a table, chairs, a parasol, and a small clothes rack.
The bathroom has natural light from a window that opens.
The kitchen features a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a ceramic cooktop, an exhaust hood, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, and a filter coffee maker. There is an adequate supply of dishes, glasses, bowls, and pots.
Upon arrival, the apartment will be freshly cleaned and disinfected for you. You will receive one laundry package per person, which includes bed linens as well as hand and bath towels. We also provide dish soap, cleaning rags, and two tea towels. Final cleaning is included in the price for stays of 7 nights or more and is not charged separately. For shorter stays, we charge a flat fee of 40 EUR for this service.


Parking spaces and bicycle storage are available on the property.
There is a public playground in town.
Pets are not allowed, and smoking is not permitted inside the house.

The kitchen features a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a glass-ceramic cooktop, an exhaust hood, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, an electric kettle, and a filter coffee maker. There is an ample supply of dishes, glasses, bowls, and pots.

We also provide dish soap, cleaning rags, and two dish towels.Final cleaning is included in the price for stays of 7 nights or more; for shorter stays, we charge 40.

For stays longer than seven nights, we provide a towel change.
Check-in and check-out are only possible on Wednesdays and Saturdays.



Our two newly renovated holiday apartments are located just 4 kilometres inland from Meersburg in the Baitenhausen district.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
