Gradac. The studio is located on a garden plot with meadow and trees. The landlord lives permanently in a separate building on the property. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted, length 10 m). Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property and in a parking lot in the village (distance 3 m).

Air conditioning. The unit is only rented in summer. Internet access (Wi-Fi) and iron. TV reception via antenna. TV channels only in the local language.

Shopping 30 m, restaurant 150 m. Doctor, pharmacy each 300 m in Gradac. Bank in Ploče 15 km. Airport in Split 20 km. In summer: Adriatic 100 m in Gradac (beach 100 m in Gradac with pebbles). The pebbly beach is only 100 m from the accommodation, it is over 3000 m long (including a nudist beach and a dog beach), and along the beach there is a long promenade and a whole array of cafés, restaurants and confectionery shops. On the beach there is also a water park for children and a playroom; it is possible to rent sun loungers, pedal boats, jet skis and bicycles; there are cycle paths, a tennis court, and mini golf.
