Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom 1,000 sq. ft. East Rim Condo (East Rim C-12) is just steps to the lifts and is located across from Purgatory Lodge in an ideal location offering ultimate all-season convenience.

This condo's location is unbeatable! The East Rim complex is centrally located to the main skier plaza and is just a short walk to the fastest and biggest high speed lift on the mountain, Purgatory Express. Located just a step away from the hustle and bustle, restaurants, shops, and skiing amenities of the primary base village at Purgatory Resort, it offers the convenience of a central location, with the privacy of a mountain-side retreat.

With its unbeatable views and cozy interior, our condo is the perfect escape after an epic day on the mountain. The condo features the expected vacation rental amenties such as a BBQ Grill on the deck with amazing views, full size washer/dryer, reliable WIFI and parking in from of the building for one vehicle. One full bathroom is located on the main level while the 2nd bathroom is downstairs along with all 3 of the bedrooms and there are living spaces on the main floor and downstairs. None of the bathrooms are attached to a bedroom.

Bed Configuration (All bedrooms are on the lower level/downstairs and require a flight of stairs):
Bedroom 1 - Queen
Bedroom 2 - Queen
Bedroom 3 - Bunk Bed (twin over twin)

The condo is NOT pet friendly - please do not bring pets or emotional support animals.

Please note, the owner does not participate in the amenities package at the Purgatory Lodge. Pool, Fitness Center, and Gym access is NOT included for this condo.

Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.
