Just a short stroll away, you'll find a wide selection of restaurants, beach bars, cafés, mini-markets, boutiques, and, of course, the beautiful sandy beach. Leave the car behind and experience the relaxed Caribbean lifestyle on foot.

If you'd like to explore the rest of Las Terrenas, simply hop on one of the local motoconchos (motorcycle taxis). Fast, affordable, and always available, they're a fun and authentic way to discover the town and its hidden gems.
Once your booking is confirmed on Airbnb, Jennifer, the home manager, will contact you through a WhatzApp group and provide all the information needed for your arrival. A meeting point will be shared with you for check-in day, where we will personally welcome you and accompany you to the residence and penthouse while explaining everything you need to know for a comfortable stay.

At check-in, a picture of the electricity meter will be taken, and then you will be free to fully enjoy your vacation. The WhatzApp group remains available during your stay for any questions or assistance you may need.

Check-out is normally at 11:00 AM. We kindly ask you to inform us at least one day before your departure whether you plan to leave at the scheduled time or earlier, so we can organize the check-out, take the final picture of the electricity meter, and calculate your electricity consumption. Payment of electricity is preferably made in cash at check-out.

A picture of the electricity meter will be taken upon your arrival and again at your departure. Your consumption will then be calculated, and payment can be made directly in cash to your host during check-out.
