Built above a ground-floor garage structure, this upper-level oasis features soaring ceilings, clean Scandinavian design lines, and vibrant pops of color throughout the open-concept living space.

The crown jewel of the home is the spectacular, seamless wall of windows that opens directly onto an expansive, private elevated deck. It feels like staying in a luxury, modern treehouse right in the heart of the city.

The space features two private, beautifully appointed bedrooms with premium Queen-sized beds, a sleek modern bathroom with an upscale walk-in shower, and a fully equipped kitchen with high-end stainless steel appliances and basic cookware.

Please note that the bedrooms and bathroom utilize stylish, modern sliding barn doors.

As an incredible added bonus, guests have access to a solid workout gym setup located right downstairs in the garage space. It is the ultimate private sanctuary to retreat to between matches. (Please note: the gym is a shared and monitored space with blackout hours from 5:00P.M. to 6:15P.M. and a strict lights out policy from 10:00PM to 7:00AM)

The gym is open daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM (strictly closed overnight), and is temporarily reserved for private fitness training from 6 – 7:30 PM
Please Re-Rack weights and leave the gym as you found it. The gym is a shared space and we appreciate your cooperation in keeping it clean and tidy!
