Die im Jahr 2024 in der Fewo 303 noch vorhandenen Sonnenschutzrollos waren vom Besitzer offensichtlich entfernt und nicht ersetzt worden.Während unseres Aufenthalts im Juli 2025, d.h. mitten im Hochsommer bei dementsprechenden Temperaturen, empfanden wir das Fehlen der Rollos als sehr unangenehm.-
Für das Trocknen von Badebekleidung, Strandtüchern u.ä. fehlt ein Wäschegestell auf dem Balkon. - Kein Abfalleimer im Badezimmer vorhanden. -Griffe und Mechaniken der Türen bedürfen einer Überholung. - Positiv: das gut funktioniernde WLAN und das Vorhandensein eines Smart-TV-Geräts.

Es fehlten Kleinigkeiten, Spültuch, Handwaschseife.Bettenrost ging kaputt, wurde aber schnellstens repariert .Zu knappe, enge parkplätze .Schöne Wohnung.
