A cosy apartment on the 3rd floor with a large balcony and a view of the sea—our “Sea View.”
The spacious living room features two comfortable sofas and a lovely dining area that seats up to 4 people. Through the large windows, you can enjoy a magnificent view over the dike towards the sea even while having breakfast. There’s a large TV, a radio, and Wi-Fi.
The modern kitchen is equipped with everything you need. If you’d like to cook for yourself, there’s a stove with two induction burners. There’s also a refrigerator with a freezer compartment and a microwave. A coffee maker, egg cooker, and electric kettle are also provided, along with other useful items.
There are 2 bedrooms with 3 single box-spring beds.
Of course, there is an lift in the building that takes you comfortably to the apartment as well as to the large sun terrace on the 9th floor, which offers a magnificent panoramic view.

In just a few minutes’ walk, you’ll reach the cosy town centre of Horumersiel with its shops, ice cream parlours, cafés, and restaurants, as well as the harbour and the expansive grassy beach.
Bed linens and towels are not included, but can be booked for an additional fee. Free parking is available on-site, as is the heated, approximately 70-square-meter swimming pool on the ground floor. The swimming pool is a complimentary amenity of the holiday rental and is not a guaranteed feature. A washing machine and dryer are located in the basement. You can pick up laundry tokens at the front desk.

A special feature is certainly our on-site swimming pool, use of which is included in the price for many of the apartments. This means you can go for a swim even when the tide is low. From many of the apartments, you’ll also always have a view of the sea.
